Contribuisci feedbackThe customer service at this restaurant is terrible. The staff is very unfriendly. I asked for sugar and cream for my coffee after mistakenly ordering a black coffee, but the waitress was very rude, citing that she is tired and does not have time for my needs. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this place. I ordered soup that was supposed to come with bread, but the bread was frozen and hard. When I asked for a fresh one, the staff refused. I am very disappointed.
This is the worst place I've ever been to. They don't even know how to make a vegetarian sandwich. During my second visit, I asked for a simple croissant with hash browns inside, but the server didn't know how to make it. It was ridiculous. They seem to be unwilling to do any extra work and only want customers to order simple items. Very disappointing.
There was an older, stern woman working the night shifts at this restaurant. She came across as arrogant and could benefit from improving her customer service skills. Despite the clear closing time of 11 o'clock, she abruptly asked everyone to leave around 10, behaving as if she owned the place.
What can I say? Since the Brazilians took over the coffee has gotten worse but Tims is consistent. Easy to miss this one because the car wash owns the sign at the curb ?..
The working staff is good but the store manager (Annie) is such an arrogant and irresponsible person. You will never get helped in this location by that lady!! Very unprofessional and doesn't know to handle a customer's query. Such a bad experience and I was shocked of such bad service by a store manager. Tim Hortons management needs to look into this.
