Give them a little credit, most teenagers and other adults don't want to work nowadays. It's a small town dairy queen not a high class restaurant. So what if they don't flip the blizzard or you don't like the way the food looks, they are hiring so if you want to tear them down then apply there and make it yourself
Ordered takeout at my local Dairy Queen and as usual, with the evening shift, was highly disappointed. After not only dealing with poor customer service skills but observing it all over the DQ atmosphere with employees, I had to wait +30 minutes for my food. (I was the very first of a rush, and the last to be served. I ordered a Taco Salad and Chicken Strip Basket... a very simple order and yet still, left even more dissatisfied. Terrible decision on my end, so heads up folks.... think twice before you wanna stop in. Management really needs to step up with the night time crew and hire TRAIN some decent shift leads that can make a difference and begin to improve this place. Here's what $10.99 gets you... so don't expect to leave or end up on a full stomach either.
The employees refused to follow company policy by flipping the blizzards upside down. When I asked them for the free blizzard coupons they told me the company they are under did not support that policy. Sounds like this franchise needs to get some help from corporate.
Need more people to take care of customers for both drive thru and dining in.
Worst service... Employees move slow and do not care about customers waiting at the register. $19 for 2 burgers...no fries or drinks and we have been waiting for over 15 minutes for those 2 burgers. And now we are walking out without our food. Absolutely
