Oh dear... This has always been my fave go to pub tea but recent visit was so disappointing. Service was excellent lovely staff let down by abismal food. Ordered a beef sandwich with roast potatoes which arrived as supermarket sliced sandwich beef with gravy slapped between 2 slices of thin sliced loaf with fries and a pot of gravy but no roasties to put it on. Would have thought the beef would be roast on a bap or similar. Cheesy garlic bread..... Menu said on a bloomer again arrived as 2 pieces of sliced white with cheese. The 2 venison and beef pies looked lovely but consisted of minimal filling and a big ol portion of fresh air. And now for the rib eye steak... I must say I've had some of the nicest steaks ever at the Ram but son said it was the worst he'd ever had. Don't know what's gone wrong. The tables were uber sticky too. Sad really, off to Fitzies tonight need to to find another regular

The Irish mature ribeye steak at this restaurant was very tasty. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Overall, I would give the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4. This review was posted on November 23rd.
Plenty of tables available, friendly service, good came reasonably wiggly and all enjoyed it Bit of a limited menu but enough choice for us Price per person: £10–20 Recommended dishes: Burger and Fries
