Yummy Yummy Italia - Burnley

I ordered food from this restaurant and was told it would be delivered in about an hour. When the hour passed and I hadn't received my order, I reached out to the website I placed the order with. The restaurant insisted that they had delivered the food to my address, but they had not. I then called the restaurant directly and, after finally getting someone on the phone, I was told to "f*** off" before being hung up on.

The pizzas are delicious, the staff is very friendly, the delivery was prompt, and the food arrived hot.

We ordered takeout from this restaurant and got the spaghetti pizza and chicken in cream sauce, which were both delicious and hot upon delivery. The staff on the phone were very pleasant.

Throwing an easter party for the kids. Order was incorrect. The man on the phone said he was the manager and told us to f off. The man was called Ali. We wasn't being unreasonable.

Right dont think its terrible,the thing just would only let me give it one star when I wanted to give it 4 ,the pizzas are good,the pastas are also,good Italian food
