Subway - Burns Harbor

The lady that was working all by herself around 12am on April 3rd was so sweet and kind. She unfortunately got caught behind the counter making subs for a crowd who walked in as she was getting ready to close up. Even though she was ready to go, she handled everyone well and respectfully. I appreciate good service from great people. I think they close at 11pm so be mindful of that and let the lady go home! Lol Call to make sure. Thanks Ms. Lady!

It's absolutely insane that I've seen so many Complaints about Bobbi and she is still there. She doesn't wash her hands and then proceeds to tell me that they have a new policy in which they don't bag items from within the store. She is a terrible representation for this store and I will gladly take my business elsewhere

Being allergic to meat, i requested the guy to change his gloves and he refused. Absolutely patheic behaviour and unprofessionalism. Definitely the worst experience i have ever had. Staying on roads to deliver the food they serve, and get such a experience in return is very disappointing.
