Burger King - Burnsville

My fiancée actually went, not me. Even so, I have to say that they really did well on the crispy chicken sandwich that bought my engagement for me. I have no complaints. However, I waited for over half an hour in the car drive for a 10 piece of nuggets. Not good for the business, especially if you want to be with the rest of the fast food sites. Not to make this time target so, and more than likely, your business will cost customers to go anywhere else.

It was better than usual. We had guns and pommes, but it's never hot enough. Even on their busiest days.

They took such good care of us! Kindness, and also generous! Grateful for the staff and the food is good too :

Poor customer service and the cleanliness is sub standard slow and cold is how our order came to us.

Efficient service. However on this occasion the service could've been a little more friendlier. Person working the drive-thru seemed irritated from the time we pulled up to the speaker to order. Just seemed frustrated that we were even there to eat. Was a bit ridiculous. Could've just been having a bad night/shift/person directly in front of me. Hope it doesn't continue though. I will return there to eat again either way.
