Good bad in presentation, bad in quality and bad in price / value

When we came to Jensens, they didn't have our reservations, as we were NOT the café in the restaurant, which is farther away. Apparently there are two places and my reservations were in the cafe, as the restaurant is NOT on Open Table. Needless to say we were in a difficult place when we were a concert at the Ames Center nearby. They found a table and we have our dinner.
