Burger King - Burton

I went through the drive thru this morning and after placing my order and paying i proceeded to the food window where they asked me to pay again. Honest mistake. I said, “ you want me to pay again”. Window lady was rude and when I went to reach for my beverage she pulled it back in the window and told me “excuse me”.Manager came over and defended her. Definitely will never be back. I will direct all of our employees to steer clear of this place also.Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The burger was hard as a rock it was so bad my dog wouldn't even eat

Fast order was correctly made and best of all hot hot fresh ?.Kid-friendliness: Great play place for younger children!

Other than giving us the wrong food order they corrected it,we got thru the drive thru line pretty quickly.
