Hungry Howie's Pizza - Burton

The pizzas were ordered on site, where the very nice and friendly staff provided or nicely well done pizzas in short order, just as we had asked.

Pizza was really good and the employees were polite and friendly!

Horrible customer service. I placed a delivery order on Valentine’s Day for the infamous heart shaped bread and pizza. I received a notification that my order was delivered, but my doorbell never rang and nobody knocked on my door. Very confused I checked my front porch and my back porch and nothing had arrived. I called the store immediately and was told the order was wrongfully marked delivered and still in route. Needless to say I never received the item. I contacted the store via online through the link I was provided about the incident. I was contacted via email to come and pickup my money in-store. I never go in store as I have a newborn it is simply extremely inconvenient to do this— hence why we order delivery and not pickup. It’s almost been a month later and still nothing has been done about my order nor have I received a refund. I highly recommend ordering from the Hungry Howies down the road and avoiding this location at ALL costs— because it will cost you.

We just left there and she was throwing a fit about us having a coupon and we were supposed to get a free pizza and then we thought she gave us free bread instead and she cut our plastic coupon so now we can 't even use it and it wasn 't even used. She also was complaining about it. Should have gone to the other store I 've never seen these coupons before but I will allow it one but didn 't even use it
