Negative stars needs to be a thing!!!!I won't support a store where all the employees are busy and the manager just stares at us and doesn't say hello at all just walks past 3 times staring with an angry look. Definitely gave bad vibes . Support small and local business that actually care. Wish one of the other employees wouldn't of been busy they might of actually greated us.

HORRIBLE ! if I could give this Tim Hortons NO stars I would ! Terrible coffee and frustrating service . Despite there being no cars in the parking lot and drive through the staff had difficulty making our drinks . They had no clue how to even make the icecapps despite having a four people standing by the window talking to one another . I have gotten the Nutella ice capp multiple times yet this time they had no idea how to even make it . I'm pretty sure this is just a Carmel ice capp . Extremely disappointed in this appalling service .

Ordered a Chipotle Chicken wrap meal and a Tuna Salad sandwich meal, with broccoli soup, 1 Med Oreo Ice Cap no whipped Cream and 1 small Oreo Ice Cap. This is apart of the issue with the order.

On February 6, 2024 I visited this Tim Horton’s location on East Court Street with my son. The girl working the drive thru proceeded to pull her hair up in a ponytail and without changing her gloves started making my sandwich. I was pissed, but held my peace because my son was with me and I didn’t want things to escalate out of control if the drive through worker started to argue with me. When I got home and checked my sandwich there was a few strands of hair in between the turkey and the bacon in my sandwich. So I called the health department and Tim Horton’s customer complaint number to leave a complaint. I was told that someone would follow up, but I haven’t heard from anyone. I guess Tim Horton’s don’t care about the sanitary habits of their workers or the quality of their food. I will not patronize this business again.

Had excellent drink from there. Ice cap cookie and cream.
