Tim Hortons - Burton

I've found this Tim Hortons fast and efficient!!!!! Everyone is very friendly. Michael and Hayden are Customer Service Superstars!!!!

It seems like they just can’t get it right, always come thru because it’s on the way to work. I ask for black coffee not filled all the way to the top with 5 sugars. Sometimes they put 5 creams instead of sugar, sometimes it’s no sugar at all, sometimes it’s filled to the brim and spills on my white t shirt, I think I’ll just pay a little extra and go to Starbucks across the street, too bad I actually liked Tim Hortons before.

I love Tim Hortons' coffee. I use the drive-thru most of the time and enjoy the rewards I get with the app. It is nice that they are reopened for inside dining as I went to one in the area of my work as several of us were coming from different areas and would be heading home to different parts of the county, so I chose one that would make the most sense for everyone to not be too far from their destination.

Well the first time was good but its gone down hill the next few times. Today will probably be the last stop, waited 10 mins to get the order and it wasn't right. The one lady was working hard making food but the other person working didnt seem to care and took their sweet time.
