Grill’d the worst ever. dry patty, missing soße, overbaked burger. this happens several times because we were like “safe it is just a mistake”, then gave them more chance. we love Grill’d, but since the move to burwood this second was my existential ban

Have thickened in so many grilled stores and that is very bad. certainly not what I expect from this franchise. was waiting in the outside for our meal and a worker was 5 meters away, sitting on some steps, in uniform, and on a break to vaping! Do I have to say more? Probably should add that they have the burger order wrong, and the music was so loud that I could not hear my 10 year old son 50 cm. they also forgot his chips with the food order, and I went to the theke that the coworker looked at me as if I was lying and then checked in before I was given them. I would never return here. btw, nandos is next door

A burger meal ordered. when the burger arrived, it was not the burger I had ordered! chips did not come with the meal aswell! wing to the counter and asked about the chips and got a they said the truth? look. in the outside seating area the music was very loud and irritating. I couldn't hear what the person I was with, said, had to get up and move to another table. a worker in the break was vaping, near where the people eat. I've eaten at many grilled because it's my favourite place, but I'd never come back here again.
