Collected on the 15th januar 2021 at the burwood plaza loven industry on the upper level. a young antimaid that served me in the age of about 15-17 years. named jessie or jess deliberately riveted twice to the cake and gave a grins behind the counter when it was out of the front refrigerator with no face mask (sp during covid! . . . I was livid and asked to speak with the manager, but clearly she was alone in the load. when we came home, there was a deep thumb print on the side of the cake. the Chinese writing was flown on the cake and only after we arrived at home, this was noticed. pictures speak a thousand words. never again.
Not your average broth business. my favorites are the green tea mochi bread as well as the chocolate horns. very soft and not dry, as they want them asian style brot.
I may have been all baked in that I buy at l 'oven, but my recent experience was subpar. I bought a big cake for my birthday and it was called tarocake. although the outer one was not similar to a tarocake at all (as it is white), I continued to purchase. When I finally ate the cake with my family, it was a great disappointment, as the only layer of taro was not enough to cover the whole cross section of the cake. see photo below.
