We stumbled upon this restaurant while out shopping and decided to try their laksa and some desserts. The meal was enjoyable and the other dishes on nearby tables looked and smelled delicious. The laksa had minimal vegetables, but we could have ordered additional toppings. The herbal rice noodles only had a few pieces of tofu and mushrooms, so it didn't feel like a satisfying dish. It would have been nice to have more variety in the ingredients. The service was efficient and the food was served quickly. The staff was friendly, but didn't engage in much conversation beyond taking our order. Overall, I would return to try more dishes in the hopes of finding something truly delicious.
For lunch, chicken laksa, while my kolligues choose the hot food bar. the chicken laksa had not much hunch in it, the broth was watered down and not delicious. it was filled with msg. my colleagues have decided to noodle and curry from the hot food, it was so oily and heavy. the price is reasonable, but on the heavy side with msg.
This restaurant is located across from Coles on the ground floor in the smaller food court area. They have a great menu selection and I have found that the dishes ordered and cooked here are much better than the options at the nearby cafe.
This is a fantastic Malaysian-Chinese restaurant known for its delicious stir fries and noodles. The chicken rice is particularly impressive, with tender boneless chicken and fragrant rice that rivals the famous Chatterbox legend in Singapore, but at a much more affordable price. The accompanying soup is also a tasty addition. Other standout dishes include the Penang Prawn mee soup, a flavorful prawn bisque with noodles, pork, and prawn stock. The crispy noodles in combination sauce and the "slippery egg" rice noodles are longtime customer favorites. The Char Kueh teow and seafood Mee goreng are also highly recommended options, offering unique takes on classic Malaysian-Indian dishes. Overall, this restaurant is a must-try for anyone looking for authentic and delicious Malaysian-Chinese cuisine.
