Contribuisci feedbackTurned up at 8.30am for a regular weekly working breakfast. There was no one behind the counter but I could hear noises from the back. I picked up my breakfast from the fridge and moved around to the payment area. Within a few minutes a queue started to form but no sign of a staff member. Then a guy comes from the back with a trolley saying the store wasn't open and that he was just there delivering products. Behind him followed a member of Costa staff who said the opening hours had changed and they weren't open til 9am explaining the delivery guy had removed the rope and not put it back behind him. Regardless of this, why on earth wasn't there a note advising customers that the opening hours had changed? Very very poor!
Came with mum, niece is and friend. My mum and friend ordered and I am sat at table. Was dirty so I had baby wipe to clean. Main gripe was coffee awful and not to usual standard. I took keep cup back and asked to pour bit out and top back up oat milk. She did just that be and never offered to replace! First Costa I've had in long time so bad!
This place i would not really call an express as it had a surprisingly large seating area and a got choice of items we had a voucher to try frappe so both opted for the mango one which was interesting
Overpriced, except for pot of tea but the tea was disappointing. Difficult to get around if in a wheelchair as very little space between tables. Also, not enough staff on.
I’m not one to leave reviews but I have to leave this review based on my visit on Monday 1st April. I visited around 2:30pm with my friend for a catch up. It was starting to pick up and I could see the team that was on we’re doing they’re best to cater everyone’s needs. I am writing this review mainly about your assistant manager Craig. As an assistant manager myself for Mitchell and butlers, his performance was outstanding! He came through the que to see what people wanted to speed things up and he was so attentive to everyone’s needs including the deaf girls who were behind me in the que. This guy is a credit to your team and I can see why he’s in his job role! Thank you Craig
