Whenever we visit Bury we always like to choose a different eatery. Today it was Quick Crepes and the only reason for this was it had a couple of empty tables. This was very fortuitous and we sat at a comfy table within sight of the serving area. The girls worked hard and were still pleasant despite some challenging customers. My wife had not tried savoury crepes before so ordered one. She was pleasantly surprised. My coronation chicken was tasty but not as original as I had hoped, still good and filling though. On the whole we enjoyed our lunch and wouldn't have any problems returning.
A good little cafe that has at times more staff than customers but service is slower than slow. The cafe only has a small number of tables so you would think service would be quicker especially given took nearly 15 minutes to get a hot drink ordered. Staff can walk past and still don’t take an order. May be better when you can order yourself but won’t be feeling any need to rush back soon. A real pity as the owner is very sociable and talks to everyone.
Whilst shopping in Bury during half term, my daughter and me visited this restaurant, (as usual!!! .It is a great place if you like pancakes and waffles. We usually have the savoury crepe with salmon and cream cheese. It comes with a salad and is bery filling. The restaurant is licensed and my daughter loves the Pina coladas!!!.It is great value for money and the staff are really friendly. If you between 12 and 2 pm you may hsve to wait a while as it gets very busy.We have never tried the sweet crepes but habe seen them being served and they look delicious.Would definitely recommended this little restaurant for lunch.
I have used the Burnley Quick Crepes as a takeaway, so when shopping in Bury thought we'd go in for a mid morning bite. The menu was vast with lots of choice. We had a chicken chilli (with extra chillis) and vegetable with no cheese. Because it's freshly made you can adapt your choices to what you want, there was no problem with either request (although to be honest there was no need for extra chill )Because it's freshly made you wait for your order, not too long, but it was so worth it. Two very large pancakes with salad, a Berry burst smoothie and a cappuccino for less than £20.we didn't eat again that day it was so filling! A clean, friendly and filling establishment. I'd go again!
