Gae Mi - Busan

Absolutely incredible. Each dish is carefully thought out and precise with a high level of finesse. The Salmon little tomato salad is a standout among the rest of the courses perfectly orchestrated with such subtle aromas. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and polite. The course menu usually requires a reservation, but they prepared it for us to let us know that it would take some time, but not! It was very fast, although I could see the cook carefully and precise placing from my seat. By far the best restaurant I was in Busan. This is the Korean fusion right (from a western palette perspective).

Absolutely loved. This little restaurant serves some of the smartest smartest dishes I had. That should be the Korean fusion.

This is the best fusion meal I had in Busan. Excellent presentation n taste. Chef must be passion when cooking to make such a wonderful taste. Wish him the best. Salute!

High quality ingredients and excellent cuisine. Service staff wasn't very friendly, but the food was delicious.

Creative fusion haute cuisine but you pay rather high amount of KRW, comparably.
