Soban Vegan 소반 비건식당 - Busan

This restaurant is located near Busan Railway Station and offers delicious food. They also sell vegan products and have friendly owners/cooks.

Everything, including the side dishes, was incredibly delicious. The standout for me was the soy chicken.

If you're a vegan in Korea, you must have heard of Loving Hut! I believe this restaurant is part of their franchise, although each franchise is independently owned. The menu here is unique and features delicious dishes like scorched rice and hearty tofu stews (I highly recommend the sojawn). The owner is lovely and welcoming, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

The food was fantastic and the service lady was so sweet and spoke English very well. my only complaining was that I was too full to eat everything.

This all vegan restaurant is a rare find in Korea, and a deeply satisfying one. After days of questioning if I can actually eat anything, low and behold, this beautiful place that does not sacrifice Korean cuisine for veganism. Many vegan places here serve American style, but here is authentic, with Korean side dishes and main plates. Everything I had was so delicious and filling— especially the soy chicken which had a texture like no other and dipped in the sweet and sour sauce was perfection. The owner/chef also spoke English which was very helpful and overall she was beautiful and gave us seconds )
