We had breakfast here the morning we flew into Legazpi City. Staff friendly and efficient. Food fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. The place is set away from the other restaurants in front of a beautiful garden they own and maintain. Small entrance fee for garden and fee for toilet but worth paying for in my view.
