Fujiyama Japanese Steak House

Really really love their food especially the sushi. Service is fast and almost immediate. The only thing I would change is the dark atmosphere. I would brighten it up a bit but that's just me. Used to sit in but now I order pick up for that reason.

The food was cooked perfectly. Salmon was much bigger than I thought it would be. My only issue was the size of the sweet tea and the fact that it’s not sweet. All and all great food wise!

I've been a sushi expert for 3 decades and a couple of my friends own elite sushi restaurants and this is a great family owned place to eat. been several times and never disappointed. A+ sushi and service.

I broke down on the side of the road returning to Jacksonville from Venice Beach on a work trip. Found this very cool, very comfortable Japanese steak house across the street from the hotel I walked 2 miles to find Figured this would make me feel better and couldn’t have called it more perfect. While the place is small and quaint it is in no way anything less than the big houses in Jax The food is absolutely exceptional, and go figure since Bushnell is a small town the prices are Uber Reasonable But the service… My server Lance was hands down the best part of my dining experience! His knowledge of the menu was a refreshing change to the standard hum drum and his attention was very kind hearted and appreciated. I explained how I came to find this place and he took it from there. My glass was never empty, my food prepared to perfection and his attention to making me comfortable top notch!!! Kudos to Lance I will stop in again whenever passing through town Thank you Lance for turning a bad day into a wonderful dining experience. I look forward to seeing you again!!!

Quiet and not to crowded. Food was better than I anticipated. Less than $100 for four of us and no one left hungry. I will definitely come back.
