I am fully satisfied with service and WELLNESS, especially salt inhalator Tom #tomguidekrakow

Absolutely recommended. Nicely designed hotel and comfy quiet rooms, very friendly and strongly motivated staf (everyone working there, from reception through restaurant to spa&wellness). Very wide and nice selection of available treatments in affordable prices. The only two thing I would change in spa area is tasteless boring music(I think classical or rock ballads would be much better, entertaining and relaxing) and parfumed oils and shea butter (to non parfumed and better quality so you don't have to stink with it entire day). Restaurant(gault millau awarded) serves delicious food, of different kinds/themes everyday. I'm sure I will come back there.

Bardzo ładny hotel, wygodne pokoje, świetne spa i basen. Choć wszędzie jest daleko, ponieważ znajduje się tuż przy wjeździe do miasta. Pokoje: 5 Obsługa: 5 Lokalizacja: 4 Największe atuty hotelu: Spokój.
