Chili's Grill - Butler

This restaurant is consistently amazing in every aspect. The manager is always attentive to customers on the floor. The food is always perfect. Overall, the dining experience for dinner was top-notch with a rating of 5 for both the food and service. The atmosphere also earned a perfect 5.

The Chili's in Butler, Pennsylvania has consistently been fantastic. I visited on October 14, 2023, and the dinner and service were excellent. The manager was actively walking around, interacting with customers. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I should have known better when I opened my menu and it was sticky. I should have left right then and there when my order was wrong. I requested no jalapeños in my food, but it came with them. The waiter never returned to give me a chance to send it back. The restaurant was dirty and it was only 1:30 in the afternoon. I will never return to this chili restaurant again. My main complaints are about the food, service, and overall cleanliness of the restaurant, rather than the parking situation.

We just left the Chili's in Butler and I could not be more impressed with the staff today. I came in with a large group of developmentally disabled individuals and they not only accommodated us but were extremely friendly and patient with the gentlemen we take care of. It was one of our fellas birthday and you all made his day. I can not say enough good things about the service and professionalism of this restaurant. Really good burger too!
