I ordered 2 large milkshakes and 1 medium smoothie they gave me a big smoothie and a middle milkshake and my other milkshake they didn't even have it right in the cup and it spilled everywhere because of him plus I got 3wraps with extra stuff on them and I didn't even get nothing like I ordered on them every time I messed up them up and it just gets worse

Ordered a large vanilla caramel ice latte online to drive thru windows. I added extra vanilla and caramel. When I came home, there were no vanilla or caramel at all in the latte. I ordered extra because I had a problem with it before. I might have to swallow before the disappearance. That was the shop on North Main Street in Butler PA.

This is what my sandwich looked like when I opened it. I ordered my food at 5:08pm and arrived at 5:20 pm per my ticket and I'm sorry, it did not take that long to make this. I've been coming to this sheetz and this isn't the first time in the last few months and I'm sick of it. I understand being short staffed, but I would honestly rather wait a long time to get what I paid for than to get this. And they weren't even busy when I came to pick this up. Ridiculous.

My food is always messed up when I order from here. Got sliders this time. Burgers are still frozen and the buns are cold. This location never gets food correct. I think it's the 4th time they messed up in 5 times ordering.. ??

Almost MTO food. Taco salad fresh and delicious. Quiet spaces clean.
