Subway - Butler

The restaurant was not open for dining before 11, but this Subway was available and I appreciate that! The two staff members working there were excellent.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely rude. They seem like they couldn't care less if they have what you're asking for or not. This was the worst dining experience I've ever had.

The restaurant has excellent management from Ms. Jackson and a very friendly staff member named Kim. The service is quick and the restaurant is kept clean.

Most employees have great customer service. However (and I'm only phrasing it this way because I don't know her name) the black lady working tonight has major attitude. If you cannot accommodate a customer asking for light sauce on their sandwich you need to be retrained. And you shouldn't get an attitude with customers when they request you scrape off the abundance of sauce you poured onto their sandwich when they asked for extra light. Otherwise a great location.

I went here to eat a meel, and I see ROACH crawling on ground!!! and den 30 minite latar.. GUYS! pleSE help me....... ROACH within the ocnfines of my SUBWAY sandwhich!!! FIX SOTRE! oven BROKEN FROM ROACH!
