Subway - Butler

Two times this week, 40 min wait after ordering online ahead and employees didn't seem to know any basic procedures. Not greeted inside, confusion and empty stares is all we got. Dirty, and broken pop machine. Food is never very fresh, and they're seems to be something wrong with the bread everytime.

Ordered online, food wasn't done when we were told to pick up. Was told they would run it out to the car when it was. Waited 20 minutes and went back inside after watching people who went in after me come out with food. Subs were just sitting on the counter. Employee that finally handed it to me blamed the other employee for not telling her it was done. The toasted steak sub is completely cold because they forgot about it sitting there and forgot to run it out to the car. Terrible quality, terrible service.

Staff seemed irritated and complained to me that it was a bad night. Huffed at the request of my topping choices because she had to go in the back to get them.

I 've worked in the business and restaurant industry for a decade and a half and have never been so disrespected. I stopped in on Feb 24 2024 at 5:00 pm to get my wife some broccoli cheddar soup. And the older gentleman was frustrated because he had a big moble order. I told him all I 'm getting is an order of broccoli soup You would have thought that I asked him to make enough subs for the whole town of Butler. Because I this attitude I told him that I was good and that I would take my business somewhere else because I don 't appreciate the attitude. So he cursed me out in front of my 11 year old daughter. Even after I walked out he called me a POS and told me to never come back. My family usually gets food from subway but we will not be getting from there. This is not the first time that this gentleman has done this too us but we will not be giving them business anymore as long as that gentleman is working there. Literally the worst dining experience Ive ever had. I suggest the owner looks at the cameras from the day so they can see how nasty he treated me and my daughter.

This Subway is in an old, old, old gas station. Parking lot rutted. No driveup window. Ok, otherwise.
