For example, here's a picture of my large fries, which included fries from the bag as well. If I hadn't been distracted by all the other missing items, I might have noticed this sooner. This is why I only visit this place occasionally, after enough time has passed for me to forget my previous disappointing experience.
Poor quality control. I ordered ham croissant meal with a side of French toast sticks. First they forgot to get my coffee and I had to go wait for them in line to ask for the cup. Second, they gave me jalapeno poppers instead of French toast sticks so I had to wait for them to make a new batch after my order was already 5 minutes old. Third, the ham croissant had a big thumb print in the side, was assembled off center, and the bread was stuck to the paper. Poorly trained, poor quality workforce.
Every time I go to Burger King, my Whopper is lukewarm. NEVER hot. So this time I asked them to give me a fresh cooked patty, telling them my Whopper is always lukewarm. It was STILL lukewarm. So if you want a lukewarm or even cold burger, go to Burger King. They'll hook you up.
Fish sandwich was hard as a rock could not eat it. They forgot my daughters food made after we went back my onion rings were cold went and asked to remake. U hear just redrop the rings were hot for 3 mins then ice cold again
If your dine-in is closed...... Put a sign up! I can't go through a drive thru so I park, walk up to the door and its locked. Forced to go some place down the road. Most likely won't be back!
