Domino's Pizza - Butte

I'm honestly not impressed with the way the delivery services have been lately. The last few times I've ordered I patiently wait for an hr, hr an a half for my delivery before I called the store. Yet only to get told its going to be another hr or two before I get my food. I get being short staffed an all but that's the least you can do is update your website to let people know that.

The delivery was quite prompt, and the food was decent, although I've definitely had better experiences on previous visits. The ham and pineapple pizza we ordered was overly doughy and didn't seem fully cooked. Meanwhile, the pepperoni and sausage pizza was somewhat burnt.

Great pizza, nice staff. a less star because they are never sure whether they deliver terra verde; sometimes yes, often no, if they would expand their home rules, I would definitely order more often. really good prices, personal is in the really nice, delivery staff always pleasant, and eating is delicious!

I 'm only giving 3 stars because as much as I love their food, it seems like they NEVER get our order right. I mean by now my house has to be in there system with a side note people always complain food is not right . For example, tonight all but one pizza was good. Tell me does this pic of a cheese, extra cheese, half pep, look good at all. Half the cheese was on the lid.

Tried calling the store rerouted somewhere over seas to talk to someone from south Asia that barely spoke or comprehend English. Pizza was made wrong they refused to fix it. The new g.m. is not customer orientated, and is obviously socially and emotionally inept along with lacking basic interpersonal communication skills
