The Indian lady staff very nice, friendly, excellent! you wanted to visit these branches again, very happy to find these industries!

My first visit to this outlet. Friendly staff. Bought 2 simple burgers, which was freshly prepared upon ordering. Was told that it would take about 15 min to prepare. Meanwhile, was offered a seat and a mini cold drink! I really appreciated that since it was a very hot day. Had time to observe the my surroundings. Outlet was clean and the staff, efficient. Reputation was good and I would definitely patronise it again.

It's KFC! This outlet on Jalan Raja Uda was rather quiet when we went in and it was cold! Really cold! Which is ok for me as the weather was really hot outside! Tried the new ghost pepper based twister and I can vouch for the heat generated by the ghost pepper, as in chili heat. And now I know why they keep the place chilled! Clean, with ample seating.

Waiting time too long, only one staff is handling at counter. Not completing the orders properly, need to request few times on the sauce and tissue. Hand wash area was really dirty.

What kind of ‘fast food' is this. It take me almost 30 mins to collect my meal although the store wasn't crowd
