It really is easier to order than I thought, because of the fact that closely everybody speaks nearly perfect English. The Staff is nice and helping

Came with my daugthter so she can play in the Play land while we are eating. Staff rejected to open the play land saying it is wet. It was perfectly dry, no rain.

I had to wait 20mins parked in reserved car spot in drive-through after paying 4 burgers with fries and at home found out that they gave me only 3 cold ones.. they robbed and sold cold food

Small portions, overpriced food, cheap wooden forks...this is in my opinion the lowest point of McDonald's franchise, ever. The service is of course nice and polite, but once great concept of a fast food restaurant turned into a disaster.
