The service from the waitstaff was disappointing; it was quite poor. The carbonara was not good, featuring too much cream, low-quality sausage, and it was excessively greasy. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The waitstaff seemed disinterested. I waited thirty minutes for a fork, then twenty minutes for bread, and another thirty minutes for tea. The service was unacceptable.

A lovely, atmospheric restaurant with delicious food and visually appealing presentations. The only downside is that the staff appears a bit fatigued. Nevertheless, I won't deduct a star for that.

Everything here is delicious, and the desserts are the best in the city. The frozen dishes are also quite tasty. However, one downside for me is the inconsistent operating hours; sometimes they close at 8 PM, other times it's 6 PM or even earlier. As a mother, I would appreciate a well-equipped children's area. Unfortunately, what we currently have is a room with detached baseboards, a bare floor, and a visible extension cord. I understand this play area may not have been designed with intention, so I'm thankful for it regardless.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely, making it a great place to spend time with kids. It's clean and the food is delicious, but we were puzzled by what was served as a strawberry milkshake. The price definitely does not reflect the quality we expected. My child didn't enjoy it, so we won’t be ordering that again. In the past, we have been very satisfied, so it seems we just had some bad luck on April 28th. However, we really enjoyed the meringue roll. Service: Dine-in.
