Byford Fish Chips Take-away

Would give a 0 if possible.. They forgot to cook our food and didn't even realise until I asked where our food was so I requested a refund. Whilst sitting there waiting 20 minutes for our food to be cooked we watched them microwave everything and then leave the microwaved fish sitting on the bench. The fish and chip shop in Byford glades puts this oke to shame. Absolute joke don't waste your time or money

Obviously do not want to make money and did not seem to want to make anything but chips...one because they had already tipped out the batter (which can be made in a couple of minutes). Could not make burgers...did not sat why. I know my order would have been between 60 and 80 dollars. For around 20 minutes work, would have been worth the effort.

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE at 430-5 even though they say they open at 430?? Started going to other Byford fish n chips as they always answer phone and have ultra fast service with a smile

Just awful. Never again, I'm going to The Glades or Mundigong. Bad jib on the batter each time, and dry overcooked fish that was like wood strands, they inside batter was incooked and gluey, fish slid out of it leaving the greasy batter mess in my hands. Overcharged. This place is jst the thing for people who eat this level of ****, not for us.
