I stopped by in the morning to check on the preparation time. They told me that the cold rolls would take 10 minutes and the hot ones 15 minutes. I decided to place a pickup order through the app for 40 minutes later. At first, they couldn't find my order, so I showed them a screenshot, and it turned out they had messed up. They didn't even apologize. Instead, they asked me to wait another 15 minutes. This caused my plans to fall through. Previously, I had ordered from their location in Lyubertsy on Komsomolsky Prospect, and everything was timely and of good quality. I'm disappointed. No thank you!

We arrived quite late (at 8 PM) and didn't feel like cooking, so we decided to order from here. The delivery took an incredibly long time, and the rolls were falling apart. They prepared our order in about 40 minutes, but it took over two hours to deliver. The courier was in a car, and the cafe is only a 10-15 minute drive away, so it should not have taken more than two hours. Naturally, everything arrived cold, and by the time our order finally got to us at almost 11 PM, instead of the promised 10 PM, we had lost our appetite. We could have easily made the rolls ourselves in that time.

Yesterday, we ordered dinner after a day at the dacha because we didn't feel like cooking at night. We waited for 3 hours and called the operator 5 times, each time being told that the delivery time was pushed back by half an hour. In the last conversation with the operator, we found out that the courier was stuck in traffic. It takes just 1 minute by car from Bykovo to Oparinskaya, so it’s unclear what kind of traffic he was in for 3 hours. We ended up canceling the order, and it really spoiled our mood! I will never order from this organization again!
