Krystal - Byram

I ordered some burgers and anticipated a wait of about half an hour, like at any other Krystal. However, that wasn't the case here. The staff at this Krystal were very friendly, and they had my burgers ready in just 15 minutes! I always enjoy stopping at Krystal, and I’ll definitely make it a point to visit this location again when I’m passing through the city!

The Combo #4, which includes the Cheese Krystal and chili cheese fries, was excellent overall. I just wish I'd received my Apple Pie as well.

I ordered the two scrambler combo, but they only sent me one. When I called the store, I was informed that it only comes with one, even though it's clearly labeled as a two sunriser combo. The person on the phone also mentioned that it's DoorDash's fault since they should be fixing this issue.

Absolutely fantastic! The food was served hot and fresh, and it arrived right on time!

Oh, how I miss living in Mississippi where I could easily grab some Krystals! Every single time I visit my family, Krystals is ALWAYS my first stop on the trip. I even take a couple of steamer packs with me on my six-hour drive back to Dallas. They’re still delicious, even when reheated! I know some people complain about the new fries, but I think they’re crispy little delights. If you’re not a fan of French fries, definitely try the tater tots. Come on, let’s make it happen! I would even be willing to help open a location—please, we need one!
