Kicked out for having ‘dodgy vibes’ even after showing proof that I was fully prepared to order a $130 meal. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went here because the reviews were so high. I’ll start with the food is excellent! I had the wagu rump steak with a side of spiced acorn squash and asparagus. Now I had to wait 95min for my food. I was starving and hangry. I watched tables of families who were sat after me get served before me. I’m 1 person!!! If you don’t mind waiting 2 hours for your food then go here otherwise your time is better spent at another establishment with higher quality service. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

In our 4 nights in Byron we visited Ember twice, and honestly could have gone every night! Steak is the best I’ve had, and Chocolate Fondant is delicious! Cocktails go down very easily and service couldn’t be friendlier. Do yourself a favour and check this place out!
