Okay here it's this place really good to eat. but they always ask for a tip when I say I give it to them when they are here that if they are on time or before they tell me on the phone n when they ask me for a tip again, they don't get a I hate cheating it's not my fault gas prices are so ihigh I don't choose for bideneg

Do NOT go here!!!! I wish I could leave a review of 0 stars because that is what this business deserves!! I ordered food for my partner and I the other day, and we live a little bit farther away than most places will deliver to. That said, I called, gave them my address, and asked if they would deliver that distance. I insisted that they plug my address into their GPS or whatever they use, to determine the feasibility of my request. So they did that, and the person who answered the phone assured me that they would deliver as long as I spent at least $30.00.I thought that was a reasonable request, given the distance between their restaurant and my home, and so I went ahead and placed an order and was told the food would arrive in an hour. After an hour and a half passed, I received a phone call from the restaurant, whereby I was asked in 15 different ways how to get to my house. Every time I tried to explain, the person cut me off and asked again. Eventually, they hung up on me, and when i called back, they didn't answer. Another half hour went by. They called me again, and all I could hear on the other end of the line was continuous yelling among people, at each other, for a good 3 minutes. I asked when they would be at our house, and the person on the phone told me to, Hang on Again, I was on hold listening to people scream at one another for another few minutes. I hung up and was very upset by all of this. Not only were we not receiving our food, but this terrible lack of professionalism, when on the phone with a customer who just paid over $50.00 worth of food, was appalling.Eventually, we received another phone call, and at this point we have been waiting for over 2 hours for our food. The person said they cannot deliver to us. Following that, was another 3-4 minutes of continuous screaming over the phone. I asked for a refund, and the person could not stop yelling long enough to get my card number the first time. I had to repeat my card number to her four times, and I have still not been reimbursed for the money I spent on food we never received. This was shameful behavior on their part, and I will not do business with them again. I highly encourage you all to NOT waste your time.

Order was correct and food quantity was good, but quality was sub par. Everything was over-sauced and generally tasteless except for some spice-heat. The chicken pad Thai had wide noodles and zero taste. Their kung pao shrimp used the micro sized shrimp you buy in cans! Their orange chicken was about the only decent item but how do you screw up a sticky sweet sauce over fried chicken bits? There are so many other awesome Asian options, I'll probably never order from here again. I'll echo that there was a very young man assisting what seemed to be his parents, but he appeared to know what he was doing and not a liability.

If your going to order from here be sure they take your order correctly. Being told you ordered something and then arrive and be told it was written as something else. Then expect you to just wait forn it and be charged for their mistake.Do yourself a favor and ask them to repeat your order twice if not 3 times. Gonna be a long while before i think of ordering here again.
