Mannie's Pizza - Byron Center

I placed a call-in order on Sunday at 6:29 PM and was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. However, when I arrived five minutes early for pickup, I found the cook outside smoking and my order hadn't been prepared yet. When I asked about the wait time, she initially said just a few minutes, but then when I inquired again, she estimated three minutes. After waiting 50 minutes from the time I called, I finally received my order. I am truly disappointed.

The pizza here is excellent. The staff, particularly the ladies, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. As for parking, I was able to find a spot right in front without any problems.

We found this restaurant a few months back and we absolutely love their pizza!

The pizza was unimpressive, got a special for large pepperoni, it was essentially a hot n ready for double the price. Seemed light on everything, pepperoni, cheese, sauce, flavor. 2 stars on the pizza. The cheesy bread was quite good, if a little pricey. Same price as the pizza. But 4 stars on the bread. It was prepared in a timely manner. I like trying new (to me) pizza joints, I won't be back to Mannies. I hate leaving bad reviews to small family owned places but I'm disappointed.

The delivery driver guy was awesome. 2nd time getting this and the food hit the spot for my friends on our game night. Do recommend and will be back for more.
