If there was a 0 star option I would’ve chosen that one. We were here for 45 MINS waiting for our order and when we asked the girl was incredibly rude. Would not recommend this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I ordered a crem brulee late but once I received it, realized that it was missing quite a bit of the drink in the cup. Service: Delivery Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I went with my mom, we ordered in person at the counter. Around 15 min of waiting, a woman asked if I was in line. I told her I was waiting for my drink. That woman got her drink before I did, as well as another person who came in after her. My mom waited about 20 min, I waited 30 for my drink. I am a barista so i understand a little bit about how sequencing works/the order of how drinks go out. It seemed that they were prioritizing the drive thru over their in person drinks which led ours to get out of order. It also looked like they were only working on one drink at a time. I know what it’s like to be short staffed with a line out the door. Hopefully soon they can learn how sequencing works so they’re not waiting for their shots to pull while standing around instead prepping the next drink while the shots are pulling so it’s ready to be made as you’re handing out drinks etc Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I’ve experienced horrible service at this location numerous times with just one individual worker. She works the night shift, and has super dark curly hair (couldn’t get her name, because once she makes a rude comment she won’t come back to the window to hand out the drink). The last 2 times I’ve came with my boyfriend to get a drink sweet treat after work, she has taken our order with such a rude demeanor. She takes the order as if she HATES her job! We try to be patient, and understand that after having a long day at work you’re ready to go home, etc. Her demeanor still doesn’t change, and because of her lack of communication at the speaker she “incorrectly hears” what we order even though it’s correct on the screen. So, when we get to the window and ask to have the drink that SHE misheard made correctly, she grabs it and makes unnecessary remarks such as “ugh this always happens”. Unfortunately though it wouldn’t “always” happen if she could take the time to slow down, and listen without getting snappy. She sighs each time that we ask for an extra straw, or napkin. The first mishap we had with this worker was that the last time we came through she handed us a cup with a crack in it that leaked all over my car and me. So, when asking for napkins, she made it a huge deal. After the way she acted tonight, and the comment she made it really makes me contemplate not going back when i absolutely LOVEE starbs!!! All of the other workers are so sweet, and haven’t treated us like we’re inconveniences. I would really love it if she maybe got a job that she’d enjoy a little more, or if managers could have a talk, and not allow this behavior. On top of it all, we still leave tips, because we appreciate their work! Just makes it less enjoyable to go to starbucks when their employee makes everything seem like a hassle.
