Starbucks - Byron Center

I work in the Tanger Outlet mall by this Starbucks and they are always so slammed on the weekends, but the workers are always incredibly nice and patient with customers! I went in on a Saturday and even though they were backed up and customers were getting frustrated with them, everyone there kept a friendly face on and resolved issues left and right with efficiency!! As someone who works in customer service I wish I could give them 10 stars

Went through drive through. Always a good cup of coffee. I am not fancy so mine is always correct. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5

The only reason this is not a one star review is because somehow my order is always correct. This is one of the most unfriendly Starbucks I’ve ever been. Every time I order from there I experience the lack of customer service from their employees. You walk in, they do not acknowledge you (not once have I been greeted). The drive-thru pick up is no better. Management needs to get a handle on the employees there. People do not appreciate spending their money on poor service.
