Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I was very disappointed yesterday. I ordered a boneless wings and things that came with fries. The fries were mostly burnt and cold. You can tell they were just sitting there. I couldn't eat a lot of them. The boneless wings were cold and hard. They seemed to have been retossed but still nasty. The tenders were the only thing hot. I'm mostly dissatisfied because I was the only person in the drive thru and I couldn't get hot food. I know it's fast food but I would have waited for hot food.

The night shift i think is full of kids i asked for my orders to be fresh and well done as soon as i got done ordering the agreed when i got to the window they made me pull just for my order not to be fresh i went back around and asked nicely for fresh fries they gave the same fries again i didnt even bother or wont bother going back unless its earlier in the day

I have not been to dirtier Zaxby’s. They must mop the floor with the grease from the fryer cause I had to break out the chains for my shoes to get any traction. Would not recommend this place.

Drive thru order for a simple fried chicken house salad with ranch dressing. I did not order a combo just the salad. I should have checked my bag before I left the line. I have ordered this same meal multiple times and well this round, again NOT checking the dang bag, I received a Cobb salad and no dressing. After 20 minutes to get back to work and finding this out, I was not about to drive back through our construction zone by QT to get the correct order.I just ask, please do better.

This place is slow it took them 30 minutes to make my food there was 7 people waiting for there food before we got here it's nothing but lazy blk people who work here and they slow to move never ever aging the worst experience I ever had ...and when we ask how long for the food they did not care to say.they so rude in the back I hate blk custom services and I'm black
