Dreamwave - Cabarroguis

First time here and will continue to stay here in the future. Check in was smooth and easy, and very professional. There’s a 500 pesos deposit for key and will be return upon check out. There is a list of available breakfast if it’s included in your stay. I chose spamsilog, it’s basically spam and eggs, portion is good and tasteful. They bring the food to your room. I only took photos of the food because the room photos are the same as the website. There is a 24 hour security as well. Parking during the day can be tough, just tell the Secuirty you’re checking in and he would most likely have you park next to the hotel. After 8 or 9pm the parking lot is wide open. The room itself is nice and spacious. There are no windows so leave the ac on for air circulation, it could get stuffy in there. The bed was very comfortable, I passed out once I hit the pillow. The tv reception is great with plenty of channels. The WiFi is good but not sure if it will slow down during the day, I just notice it’s fast early in the morning. There is a door bell for every room so don’t be alarm when you hear it. Nearby is a SaveMore grocery store attached to a small mall. There is a money changer as well if you need that. The exchange rate is higher than the one inside SaveMore, (you’re welcome). There’s a McDonald’s inside the mall and there’s a 24hour McDonald’s at the corner (can’t miss it) for those who have late night cravings. A newly built KFC (yay) and if you keep walking along the side of KFC there’s also a Kenny Rogers chicken. There is also a Eli’s Ice Cream few steps away, which is great.

The rooms look luxurious, clean and very comfortable. It's just the bed was too soft or rather saggy and it cause you to sink in the center. Not good for someone who has scoliosis.

The room they gave me had some type of lizard droppings on the bed. The tiles on the floor started to come off or loose. Long hairs on the bathroom floor. Cracked walls. Missing red blanket on the bed and missing painting.

The room was luxurious... It was cozy... The location was great since its accessible on the national road plus it was interconnected to a mall and dep't store where you can get necessities for emergency needs or so... The staffs were friendly and approachable... It's a great place for stay... A cozy, luxurious home...

Stayed here prior 3 years ago everything was great, stayed 1 night and checked out immediately everything was terrible,place falling apart,dirty,bad service ,air con not working , elevators out of order for several weeks and not repaired had to walk up and down stairs, tile all cracked in hallways and in room,walls in bedroom are filthy.....what a shame after having a five star experience on the last vacation to under a 2 star experience, moved to the ZEN HOTEL ,AND WAS A 5 STAR AGAIN.......THANK YOU ZEN FOR SAVING MY VACATION....
