Cellular Explosion Phone Repair

We were charged twice in error and Cellar Explosion would not reverse the charge. We are stuck with 2 charges.

I took my phone to this place to have the screen removed. It seemed fine until I got home and realized that my phone was glitching when I touched the screen. I am a very busy mom and my family only has one car so I wasn’t able to take it back that week to get it fixed. Later that week the screen completely popped out. My husband called and told them that the technician had done it wrong or not well enough and he said to bring it in and they would fix it as long as it didn’t have a cracked screen. We were planning on going this weekend because my husband works a full time job and only has the weekend off. We only have one car or I would’ve taken it myself! Today the screen popped out again and this time it hit something and cracked the screen. I called the company to let him know that their technicians faulty work caused my screen to pop out which resulted in a cracked screen and he told me that they will not be able to replace it because it will be an extra cost to them! So he offered to charge me 150 dollars to fix it which is 15 short of what I paid to initially get it fixed. I would not recommend them as they do not properly secure the screen to your phone and even more so due to the fact that if your phone is damaged because of faulty work, their mistake will not be remedied. Don’t waste your money.

Cellular Explosion was the miracle I needed. I dropped my iPhone X in a lake managed to take it out after like 45 seconds in the water l took somewhere else before this and they said there was nothing they could do to fix it. I thought my phone was a gonner for sure. Lucky Cellular Explosion managed to save it despite the water damage for a reasonable price. They were very professional and clean. Also not only was I able to have a working phone but also I managed to update my phone to an otter case and put on a new screen protector. They had everything I needed in one spot. 10/10 I would recommend and I will be coming only here from now on! They've earned my business for life!

Service definitely was fast, but it left a lot to be desired. I took and Iphone XR with water damage to lcd. When I asked he said they can fix it for 130. When I went back with the phone the tech got to work quick. During the installation of the replacement screen I hoped he would remove all water from the phone (rear camera had water droplets) after the installation he didn't do anything to that and said it would evaporate. After showing me the screen would work he took the camera from my damaged screen and place on the new lcd. When he turned it on I noticed the new LCD's colors were very washed out. Not vibrant. I asked and about that and all he did was turn my brightness all the way up. Is simply made it brighter but still looking opaque. So finally already regretting my decision to get it repaired here I asked for my damaged LCD and he said I can't have it, he even said that if I really wanted it he would sell it back to me for an additional $20!!! He said it was like a core charge. And on top of that the phone would no longer be water proof since they don't do the sealing gasket that come factory. Also when I got the phone to my wife she noticed that her Face ID does not work anymore. Very disappointed in this service. They should have been clear about not using good quality parts, no longer waterproof, no longer having Face ID, and the ridiculous core charge to keep my damaged LCD. Don't go there it's a scam!

Do not use this man. First he told my daughter $250 to repair her phone. When she goes to pick it up, the back is not repaired. He tells her it will be another $250. $500 total. We asked him to remove the front that he had repaired and just return the phone the way it was dropped off. He is refusing.
