Cigalon - Cabo Frio

Best restaurant in Búzios. Romantic environment, friendly service, delicious food and unbelievably good profitability! We were there several times and they never disappointed!

Very romantic place where you can find yourself outside the bay, view of the sea, boats and the moon. The atmosphere is great and the food too. You usually have special options that are NOT in the traditional menu, and are actually in a board outside, like a cooking suggestion for the day, so you can always taste different dishes. I ordered from this daily menu, a delicious steak cooked in red wine. It is not wildly expensive, in a similar price class to other restaurants in Búzios. While it's a romantic place, I actually went there with my girlfriend and my parents and it was a great experience

Excellent food and service. We had beef and potatoes and pasta. They were both great. The meat was prepared exactly as we were asked (rare cooked). The restaurant is very pleasant.

So here in this place in Buzios... Now a restaurant... Brigitte Bardot slept here and lived in the village during her time. Cigalon is a beautiful French inspired cuisine and restaurant in the centre of Buzios. The wine list is not very extensive, but the strengths of the French wine regions are covered. I admire the kitchen here, from the breads to the desserts everything is done in the house. Bravo!
