It is my duty to let tourists know that this is not an ordinary hotel restaurant. It is an exceptional culinary and visual experience. We had the pleasure of being served by Juan Luis. He's really great! His passion for food is...in professional and personalized service. On request he makes recommendations, a true example of a server that is confident in his experience with fine cuisine. We sat in the first row of tables overlooking the spectacular arc., The cruise ships were in the port and they added an interesting dimension of the Star lit night. Luis recommended the tomato soup. I wanted soup, but they took off my favorite cream of the asparagus soup. I was joking and Luis was on site. The tomatoes were roasted, making it an intense and sweet taste. The added cream made it a smooth and delicious first course. Next we share the Fellinis Rib Eye Steak rissoto, which was rich and dead. Entrees were oso bucco and rack of lamb. Excellent! Dessert was an applesitter and ice cream. Dinner was so relaxing and spectacular that we were back for a second visit. This time we had eggplant parm as an appetizer. Delicious! Split a salad and for Entrees it was saltimbocca fillets and salmon with lemon peel. To dessert we had the menu chocolate cake and carrot cake! Fantastic! Omar is the new manager and he watches over his staff with eagle eyes to ensure that the experience is above the fore skin. Thanks to all for two special culinary adventures. Ask Juan Luis as a server. You'll be spoiled!
That was our first visit to this restaurant. The service was incredible. Our server, Luis was a jewel. Very knowledgeable, personal and attentive. He had great food recommendations. The ambience is beautiful and special. It is charming with an Italian influence. The only annoying thing was the... Hotelbar was blown music and with the microphone that influences our relaxation. The food was well seasoned and portioned. We enjoyed the pizza and lasagna it was delicious and well presented. A great experience.
The views overlooking Medano Beach and the rock formations by the arch are stunning! Not to be missed however, is the intimate location of this five star restaurant. Fellini’s is fine dining. Our waiter, Bartolo, was excellent. He was at our table at the appropriate...times. He did not hover, but yet Bartolo anticipated every one of our needs. When our drinks were low, came to see if we wanted more cocktails. He made our dining experience so exceptional that we returned for a second time on our trip and requested him again. The food at Fellini’s is excellent. We enjoyed asparagus soup, salad, Fellini’s ribeye rissoto, limoncello salmon and steaks. They also have a very rich fettucini alfredo, made tableside in a huge Parmegiano cheese wheel. Very decadent. Desserts are good. Give yourself a treat and enjoy Fellini’s.....but make sure you ask for Bartolo!
We were at the resort for a week and went to Fellini's for a dinner to celebrate a family event. The views from the balcony in the evening are incredible. The service was good, the food selection was decent and the presentation and ambiance very well done. We found the wine list too expensive but the local house wines were decent and the bartender knew how to make a Negroni, which is my definition of an Italian restaurant. All of our dishes were excellent. Tasty and well prepared. We were on the meal plan at the resort and this was definitely worth the supplemental charge. All in all a great dinner.
