La Lupita [taco Mezcal] Cabo San Lucas

Great food and fantastic atmosphere with a live band out of a mezzanine. our server was excellent and appreciated all his recommendations good selections of different tacos as they have their own touch of flavour and ingredients. we spent valentines day with the family and it was great thank you

Nice, clean, tasty tacos. Need to make reservations ahead. Too much noise impossible to have a conversation with friends. A little on the high price,

We go a lot to the La Lupita in San Jose. This was our first visit to the Cabo location. We started with guacamole, which is freshly made and was very good as were the chips. I then had the Braised Pork (yummy!! taco and the Scallop (just ok taco. My dining partner had the Braised Pork and the Cheese Crust Pastor (crunchy grilled cheese is the shell instead of a taco shell and he said it was good. We also tried the Esquite (corn side which was really good as well. We also had flan which was almost a cheeselike-type texture and not overly sweet. I would recommend it if you like flan. The one thing I'd like to try next time is the beet salad which has huge pieces of beets set atop a layer of goat cheese. The other thing I like about La Lupita is they have live music and this location did too. They were just starting as we finished dinner so didn't get to hear much of the band, but what we did hear was good! They started playing at 7 pm. The service was excellent... very attentive. La Lupita is always a solid choice when you visit either San Jose or Cabo!
