Subway - Caboolture

For many years this business has been supporting. I noticed that the brot has changed, it has only no volume and just falls apart. the envelope of the part is not to be considered. mine was open at one end and the envelope was not. on the other side. will most likely consider other lunch options in the future.

Disappointing experience. I felt like I wasted my money. I received the same amount of salad as the original size package, and had to ask for 2 veggie patties. The lady who served me seemed disinterested and gave me drenched salad.

Employees in the hospitality industry should have a friendly and welcoming attitude. Unfortunately, the server at this restaurant seemed overwhelmed and tried to juggle multiple tasks at once. Despite being the only customer, she struggled to take my order in a timely manner and seemed distracted by other responsibilities. When I requested her full attention, she insisted she could handle everything. Eventually, her colleague stepped in to assist me.

This place was great, but they forgot part of our order and we had to ask again. When we asked, we were met with hostility. We won't be coming back.

I ordered a Vegie Delite which was made as per my order and was very enjoyable. Unfortunately I had an issue with the cashier which resulted in a complaint to Head office who apologised and offered me a complimentary Sub on my next visit.
