Meet Fresh - CABRAMATTA

Love going here after a meal for a dessert. Workers are really nice and the dessert tastes great. Milk tea is average but the herbal tea jelly is delicious.

The cashiers are happy and friendly. The things they recommend tastes wonderful. The environment is clean and quiet. It is very spacious. The prices are reasonable for the portions. Meetfresh not only sells Taiwanese desserts but they also have milk tea.

My favourite go to place for dessert in Cabramatta. I always order the Signature Herbal Jelly which consists of sweet potato balls, taro balls, pearls, grass jelly, milk on top of some shaved ice - covered by milk. The combination of the flavours are extremely nice, and today's order wasn't too sweet :)

I've been coming here for years without problem until recently. I ordered my usual herbal jelly with taro chunks, red bean and sago and was asked whether I wanted milk to which I replied yes. My friend, who ordered before me, was also asked about the milk option but was asked whether she had wanted it separately and was therefore given the milk in a different bowl. We thought it was funny because the milk usually comes in a miniature plastic Dairy Farmers container. When it was my turn to get my order, I was surprised to see they had already poured milk into my bowl. For those of you guys who haven't been to meet fresh, the staff never pours milk into the bowl beforehand, and that's just how I like to also enjoy my herbal jelly - pouring milk when I desire as I like to enjoy alternate scoops of creaminess and refreshing icy cold bites. I asked them why the milk isn't separate and they said "the other one has separate milk because she said she wanted milk when she was asked". Well for one the guy who took both our orders asked my friend whether she wanted it separate but never asked me. They even had the audacity to tell me that milk is never served separately except for take away!!! I've been coming here for years and that's the response they give me which is a complete lie. There is not even a word of apology and the customer service is inconsistent. This milk thing is a small issue and if they cannot handle proper problem solving with such a small problem, how well would they handle bigger problems. They are nice when there isn't an issue but if you question them about the food you ordered, they'll be sure to argue to make a point even if it is complete nonsense. I would not recommend meet fresh in Cabramatta to anyone.
