Mannies grill and Pizza - Cache Creek

Stopped over night in Cache Creek and wanted Pizza. I ordered and Manies Special. When I pick it up it was fresh and hot. Once back to my room I found a nice looking and well distributed toppings. The crust was nicely crisp. Thumbs up...for a highway town pizza place. Way above expectations and would recommend their pizza. While I waited the Greek food going out looked and smell delicious too. This restaurant is part of the Oasis Hotel. We chose to eat in the Pub instead of the restaurant...they'll serve you there too. Wasn't expecting a lot but was sure delighted when they brought my plate over. Souvlaki plate was sooo good. We started with the Calamari and it was tasty too!Cache Creek is a great little place for an overnight stop. Sure hope things pick up for the community as it is going through some tough times!

We ordered the special pizza from the pub next door. The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings and cheese.

Just had the roast lamb special.....which was more expensive than on the menu! It was good, with a large helping of rice pilaf and greek salad. The lamb was actually a rack...not a roast. It was way overdone but otherwise not too bad. The roasted...potato was really good with a bit of lemon zing to them. Good service.

We often ate Mannies when we stopped at Cache Creek. We look forward to a few days. I like her lasagna and pizza. My husband loves spaghetti.
