It's a very grounded place. No board shows the name of this parilla. Ask for the goat from the oven and a bottle of local wine, not cafayate, but from the queen nearby. No English spoken; we had a good meal and fun.
I was there two weeks ago. My wife and I saw that the place was full of people and that took it as a good sign. We both ordered a steak(Chorrizo), each big enough for a small family. My wife was so sad to think that most of them had to leave behind, but they had the stuff to Doggybag ready! The most juicy steak I've eaten, and I'm 46 years old. As good as my steak was, I regret that we didn't try the baby goat, because the two who sat at the next table looked like they had the best meal of their life. I know it's weird to give 5 points for a restaurant that had flying because they fly, but the food was so good, I couldn't help. I'm sad that this restaurant is halfway around the earth from where I live.
The dogs and flies do not mill around. Try the chicken and baby goat Chivito-coal, which is grilled with lemon juice. Salad completely also only beautiful. Owner is the grill and does not leave you hungry. I love this place.
Tables on the sidewalk and on the street, lire soda, according to my son the best milanesa that ate and a little goose to suck his fingers, all this in cachi a town of tales, can you ask something else?
