Located along the autobahn 132 between Rivière-du-Loup and Rimouski, Ali-Baba is a great stop for a sweet treat. There is a covered area where you can enjoy your gelato even if it's raining. Next door, there is a small food store where campers can stock up on essentials. If you're driving on the autobahn 20, it's definitely worth taking the exit to Cacouna to appreciate the beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River along route 132. Slow down and treat yourself to a delicious, calorie-heavy gelato at Ali-Baba. It's the perfect way to enjoy a taste of vacation time.
I had sherbert and it was amazing. the aromas of sherberts and ices other of my family members were also very delicious. they are homemade and phenomenal. Although, in terms of service, I found the heart a bit rude and contemplative to me. that's the only thing I have to say about this place. he was nice to the other people who were there. Maybe I over-analyzed his ton with me. All-in-all, I suggest this place to everyone.
During a whale watching excursion, the staff mentioned that this establishment had been recognized for having the best ice cream in the province of Quebec. Intrigued, we ventured through Cacouna but couldn't locate the place until we traveled further east. After a few kilometers, we finally found it. The exterior of the building didn't seem impressive, but we were pleasantly surprised once we stepped inside. The gelato had a unique and delicious flavor, truly deserving of its title as the best ice cream in Quebec.
This is no ordinary ice cream shop... T The gelatos here are made from all natural ingredients and are absolutely delicious! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Overall, we highly recommend taking a break off the highway in Cacouna to indulge in some amazing gelato!
