Great Wall Chinese - Cadillac

Perfect for what it is. It is an affordable breakfast buffet Chinese restaurant. They had their problems with quality in the past, but have really improved last year. I often visit this place with my son and it is our way to the Chinese restaurant in Cadillac. The building is old, but clean. Most bad reviews are by people who do not understand food service or reality. You want a five-star experience for dollar store prices. Here you get more than what you pay compared to other Chinese buffet in the city.

Variety was great! Food was good, could have been hotter

We love big wall, but they definitely have room for improvement. It's not the cleanest restaurant. And they boil the mushrooms broccoli, they pour the fresh food with what was left, stir them together, so if you dig through you can find those who have been in the warmer while they are softer/more cooked. The quality depends on who cooking is, I think because it can really vary from visit to visit. For example, the sour soup hit on a recent visit tasted like it poured a whole bottle of liquid smoke into it, but it is usually very good usually a consistent taste. The employees are always very pleasant and always nice to our children who are important to me. We like the food better than the other place, so we will visit regularly, but we hope they will make some improvements.

I tried the other two Chinese restaurants in Cadillac, and this is definitely my favorite. I was ready in 5 minutes and everything was delicious. I'll be back!
