Had such a great time here! Aaron and his beautiful wife knowing about coffee is quite incredible, but her superpower is really her warm and friendly nature! And Aaron was there to prepare for the day. I was in many coffee roasts, and he knows his stuff! I was impressed by his passion and zeal to chat and share his knowledge. After discussing the properties I love about coffee, he underwent exactly what I was looking for. I was completely comfortable to ask him to choose a few of his favorites for me, and I am sure I will love everyone. It has been said that if you love what you do, you will never work a day of your life. You can clearly see that this is true in Aaron's case. I will definitely be back!

If you are ever in town, I recommend Owl Eye Coffee for any coffee requirement. I had stopped trying a bag and went ignorantly outside the business hours when they worked late. They were still very welcoming. The smell of freshly roasted coffee is incredible. They have large coffee and coffee beans/earths and can educate you on every detail of coffee such as the origin of beans, their unique taste profiles and the roasting process. I stayed a few minutes and chatted with them and it is clear that this is a craft they are passionate. Quality is what I really like and not only in coffee they produce, but also their customer service. Once they have completed their projects and that can open their café, I'm sure this will be a local hotspot.

The owners are very informative! I helped find out what coffee I want, based on my preferences, and even allowed me to smell the different roasts. I suggest you try today the special, that is Guatemala Antigua if you want a medium-heavy roast that is chocolaty and super smooth. Highly recomending gives this place a visit!

While on vacation, we stopped in at Owl Eye to pick up some locally roasted coffee beans. We were very warmly greeted by Aaron who shared his passion for coffee and brewed us a custom iced beverage. It was very educational. I am looking forward to brewing some freshly roasted coffee.
